Project Overview: 2,800 SF Tenant Improvement
An architectural office designed to compliment the firms’ technology-based clientele; this strong design statement allows the owner to enhance and expand their professional services and image. In addition, the high-tech theme, and warm ambiance was used to entice new employees through a fun and innovative work space and color scheme. Blocks of sleek, smooth metallic finishes provide a dynamic contrast against deep reds and terra cottas. A 3” thick reception counter represents a sense of stability, while the curved soffits and intersecting walls portray diversity of design elements. Unique storage solutions were built into workstation kiosks as a space saving technique. The design solution defines a collaborative space and encourages creativity and interaction within the environment.
