Project Overview: 4,000 SF Tenant Improvement
The design of small scale medical spaces share many of the same challenges as large hospitals. While budget and time drive the project forward, priority must be given to the patient experience. This urgent care is designed to take advantage of high ceilings, giving the main entrance an open and inviting feel. Warm yellows, toned blues and greens work together to give the client the “spa-like” image they hoped for. Despite a particularly difficult building shell mass, the end result is a functional and vibrant space.
