Project Overview: 20,000 SF New Facility, Tenant Improvement
Instantaneously, the interior environment portrays a professional image giving patients confidence with the quality of service to anticipate. The selection of high contrast finish materials, crisp lines and use of backlit semi-translucent panels provide an upscale, spa-like image for this leading-edge Radiology Facility. A complex space plan establishes definite traffic patterns and equipment locations for five different imaging functions resulting in increased efficiency benefiting both patients and staff. Specification, coordination and purchasing of all new furniture and artwork created considerable savings for the client and allows for conceptual continuity. The completed design is a balance between function and patient care. The owner and the design team collaborated on this ground up facility.
