Upon entering, the visitor is greeted immediately by an inviting space that incorporates sophisticated forms and finishes which implies an elegant hotel lobby. Material, furniture and art selections complement each others basic shapes. Private patient rooms with overnight family accommodations provide additional patient security. Decentralized nurse stations implement quicker response time to improve patient stays. Outside courtyard, mediation rooms and a wellness center provide healing space. The selection of intricate materials in major public areas, intermediate materials in patient areas and practical materials for back-of-house allows the project to finish within tight budget constraints. At completion the owner occupied the space four weeks earlier than anticipated.
